| | All individual services are paid for at the time the customer notifies KUKA Robotics. This includes Training Classes, Spare Parts, Emergency Service Visits, and Preventive Maintenance Programs. The customer may use the traditional purchase order system, or by using an approved credit card at the time of the call. KUKA support services may be purchased as needed from a list supplied to the customer. This A-La-Carte method is made available when the customer prefers to forego a specific Warranty and Post-Warranty Service Plans as described below. |  |

| | Included in this plan is one Basic Training Class plus discounts on additional training at KUKA College in Clinton Township, Michigan and also at the KUKA Robotics Technology Center in Appleton, Wisconsin. Get 24 x 7 unlimited access to our KUKA Customer Support Team with priority positioning to help you resolve any robot or KR C issue you may have. Receive a major discount on the KUKA Preventive Maintenance Program, plus a discount on all software upgrades, and spare parts. Included in this package you will receive three (3) training seats for any level of training you desire (subject to the successful completion of pre-requisite courses). Included is a “Stay Healthy” visit to your site for the purpose of giving a factory trained KUKA professional a period of consultation with you robot operators, technicians, engineers and maintenance personnel and also to observe the operational characteristics of your robot. This information will be compiled in a written report with recommendations to help you boost production and profitability. The inclusion of six training seats encourages a well rounded educational experience for two of your employees or they can be used for any combination of training classes. | | This is the robot industry’s Top of the Line support program and it is only offered by KUKA Robotics. You will be able to take advantage of multiple training classes for yourself and your staff at both KUKA Training Sites (MI and WI) subject to the successful completion of pre-requisite courses. One time each enrollment year, you are entitled to an on-site visit from one of our support technicians or engineers for system and robot path analysis. This provides you with information you need to optimize your robot’s productivity. Included are two “Stay Healthy” visits to isolate any potential issues that you may not see but that can be identified by our trained professionals. We will come to your site and audit your inventory of spare parts to be sure you are prepared for issues that may come up. These features give you the opportunity to quickly be pro-active to minimize unscheduled downtime. On top of all this, we include the comprehensive KUKA Preventive Maintenance program; and once-per-year, on-site engineering level refresher training; plus increased discounts on spare parts, service labor, and additional training on all levels. We will even schedule a 3rd party analysis of the fluids in your robot.
