Straight after your call, the KUKA spare parts service gets your order moving. All common parts are stocked in the local office in Clinton Township, MI.
A cost-effective and time-saving option to ensure extremely short production downtimes is our Exchange & Repair service. Instead of carrying out lengthy repairs yourself, KUKA sends you a reconditioned exchange part immediatley. In return, you send KUKA your defective part for reconditioning.
And by the way: KUKA guarantees the availability of spare parts for at least 10 years - and in many cases even longer.
