  • Creation of industry-specific sales material for I4.0 including value proposition
  • Active involvement in specific client conversations to seed I4.0 conversations with client
  • Sales and account management methodology support to scan industries for right clients for I4.0
  • Driving generation of new business models in units and alignment across KUKA
  • Market scanning for competition and strategic go-to-market partners
  • “Evangelization” of the KUKA Group Industrie 4.0 in external forums
  • Ability to incorporate S/W sales practices and approach for I4.0 client conversations



  • Degree in Engineering / Business Administration
  • Hands-on knowledge of software sales approach
  • Very good network across KUKA units
  • Proven track record to lead initiatives in a cross unit approach
  • Experience in defining and executing of new business models is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, Target-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Ability to coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams in a rapidly changing, dynamic organizations
  • Sales thinking
  • Business fluent English and German is a must
