Responsibilities:

  • Define planning and reporting standards for automotive global accounts in APAC – in alignment with other regional account office responsible persons
  • Prepare corresponding structures in the IT-Systems and actively help the GKAMs in applying these
  • Take care of cross-divisional plannings and harmonization for proper work execution of the APAC GKAMs
  • In cooperation with the APAC GKAMs and relevant automotive departments:
    • Handle defined plannings and reports for APAC GKAMs within given time Frame
    • Help GKAMs to perform effectively and efficiently in executing their customer plans 
             

Profile:

  • University degree in the techno-commercial domain
  • At least 3 years advanced professional experience in a marketing or sales organization
  • Excellent communication and IT-tools skills
  • Ability to deal well with people at all levels and influence them
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Language skills (Chinese and English is minimum – German optional)
  • Commercial basics: from using CRM systems to project plannings, outlining reasonable business plans as well as set up and track automotive quotes
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial and technical organization and workflows within large automotive projects
