Manager (m/f) Domain Team Quality Evangelist

  • The Manager Domain leads the staff members in his/her domain:  he/she interviews them (ZVs, Face-To-Face, ANÜ-Feedbacks, …), selects new candidates, takes part in job interviews and organizes the introduction and training of new employees
  • He/she coordinates the technologies used and the architecture principles with the other Manager Domains,  the Senior Managers of the Competence Centers, within the Architecture Network and the domain
  • He/she supports the domain members in developing technical concepts and ensures that intellectual property is continuously checked and safeguarded
  • He/she gives guidance in technologies, design guidelines, methods and tools within the domain
  • He/she is the technical and organizational contact person for the (Chief) Product Owners
  • Together with colleagues from his/her domain, he/she ensures coordination with the product owners with regard to user stories which affect the domain
  • In conjunction with the scrum masters / agile coaches of the feature teams, he/she designs and is responsible for the processes in his/her domain and ensures that the staff members have the required qualifications
  • He/she ensures that conflicts within the domain and, as far as possible, beyond the domain boundaries are resolved
  • He/she contributes to the CC Quality Assurance budget and personnel planning.
  • He/she contributes to the CC Quality Assurance strategy by supporting and managing RCC workshops (GPTW, Arrow, …)
  • The Manager Domain optimally also works in a feature team to a proportionate extent
  • The Manager Domain is responsible for coordinating, qualifying and enabling external service providers (external subcontractors) which support the corresponding domain


  • Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or mechatronics
  • Knowledge in test methodologies, procedures and test automation
  • Excellent  technical understanding of complex systems
