  • Implement the algorithm in Matlab/Simulink
  • Port the algorithm to KUKA realtime sunrise OS
  • Provide easy to use API for controlling the robot in Java
  • Perform tests for robustness of the algorithm
  • Depend upon the results publish a paper or produce invention disclosure


  • Knowledge of advanced force control algorithms in robotics
  • Experience with implementing real time algorithms
  • Knowledge of linear algebra
  • Java and C++ programming
  • Experience with KUKA sunrise and working with KUKA robots desirable
  • Logical thinking, ability to stay focused and independent working
