  • Shipping, purchasing and preparation of spare parts and reparation advice
  • Inventory Management
  • Tracking of open offers and orders
  • Processing of complaints and additional demands
  • Supplying FI/CO/HR with requested information and clarification of commercial questions (tax, how to order, ...)

Your competences

  • General technical knowledge
  • Basic commercial knowledge
  • IT system knowledge (MS Office, SAP optional)
  • English (fluently)
  • German (optional)
  • Communication skills and customer focus
