The KR 60 JET is an automation system that is designed specifically for machine tending and material handling tasks covering distances of up to 30 meters. By combining a flexible linear axis and a jointed-arm robot that can be mounted sideways or overhead, it is possible to open up huge workspaces as part of an automated production process.

The KR 60 JET consists of a linear axis, a jointed-arm robot and the JET TRACK axis module. Thanks to the range of gantry variants and positions available, various applications can be implemented – it is also possible to extend the system by installing a second jointed-arm robot on the linear axis.

In this way, the KR 60 JET can work at several positions and machines simultaneously. The modular structure allows you to adapt the system to the specific requirements of your application.

Fast with high repeatability

With the KR 60 JET, you can achieve extremely high working speeds and cut cycle times significantly. The low weight ensures optimum acceleration values and repeatability. 

Process-efficient and space-saving

The different mounting positions – overhead or side-mounted – open up new workspaces. This frees up valuable floor space. Several machines can be linked to each other over a distance of up to 30 meters.

A long range and a deep reach

It is possible to bridge huge distances of up to 30 meters thanks to the variable length of the linear axis. The perfect axial symmetry enables the robot to reach deep into machines and remove components quickly.

Flexible in its positioning and task-specific

The KR 60 JET can be expanded by installing an extra jointed-arm robot. This allows two robots to work at multiple machines or positions at the same time on a linear axis. Both the length of the linear unit and the position of the robot can be readily adapted.
