Responsibilities

  • Development and Support of new customers in the field of medical robotics

  • Independent support and analysis of customer requests and requirements

  • Technical support at joint development projects and the establishment of the after-sales-business

  • Creating quotes, strategic concepts, business plans, application analyses (medical application and technical requirements), market analyses (regional and competition), customer analyses (application, potential and technology), technical requirement specifications and profitability analyses

  • Targeted establishment and expansion of the business unit in strategic countries and regions

  • Regional market analysis

  • development of new local strategic business relationships

  • Guidance and coordination of local KUKA employees

  • Consideration of customer quality specifications within the scope of existing certifications of our company with timely integration of professional involved departments

  • Creation of new robot applications / initiation of new projects

  • Evaluation and development of new business models

  • Active involvement in expert committees, associations and research cooperation / active development of a network of interested parties and customers

  • Participation in trade fairs and events and presentation of the department

Application Requirements

  • Completed technical studies or equal technical apprenticeship

  • Experience in robotic industries

  • Several years work experience in the field of medical technology or medical robotics

  • Knowledge in medical relevant norms preferred

  • Experience in Business Development / Sales preferred

  • Business fluent English skills

  • Skilled in SAP, Salesforce and MS Office

  • high interpersonal and communication competency as well as independent and competent appearance

  • Service and customer orientation, independent working method, business orientated thinking and acting, corporate policy foresight, flexibility and team-work ability

  • Willingness to travel
