Responsibilities

Global Sales Operations is responsible for supporting and continously evolving global sales organization, processes and tools in order to improve the efficiency of KUKA’s global sales organisation. As a member of the team Digital Processes and Customer Management you will take over the following responsibles and tasks:

  • You are the central contact persons for CRM key-users and cross-company functions and act as a business consultant to delivery desired solutions and support to the organisation
  • You are the interface from the business orgnaisation to the system admins and are able to formulate the business needs and translate it into IT related Salesforce context
  • You gather, formulate and evaluate change requests for our defined release management and discuss the requests with the central business owner for salesforce
  • You manage and support the CRM sprint cycle with defining tickets, testing and communication of new feature to the user community
  • You will develop and manage standard strategic customer analytics, and all requested operational dashboards required from HQ/ regional/ country management
  • You will develop sales efficiency analysis and define meaningful KPI for the global sales organisation
  • You will drive the development of using salesforce analytics and artifical intelligence as part of our salesforce platform strategy in the salescloud
  • You manage and solve user support tickets in our OneCRM support queue raised by end-users and key-users
  • You support and / or manage Salesforce CRM project withhin the KUKA Group, dependend on the defined project scope in time and budget
  • You utilze central defined CRM KPIs (data and process quality) in order to optimize the sales processes within the CRM within the user / key-user community (e.g. pipeline health, lead usage)
  • Your organize and conduct CRM key-/ and end-user trainings where required in the relevant subsidiaries or central functions

Application Requirements

  •   Successful completed studies in business science or similar education
  •  You have +5 years of working experience in international Sales Operations functions or similar CRM role including working closely with sales teams and sales management
  • strong knowledge of leading CRM solutions, preferable Salesforce
  •  You have a proven record of successfully managed projects
  •  Professional in Project Management skills. Certification welcome
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills are required
  •  MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
  •  fluent English (spoken & written) is a must
  •  Mobility and willingness to travel
