To expand our team we are looking for a senior level candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings 
  • Accountable for updating the scrum-artefacts product backlog and sprint backlog
  • Accountable for conflict resolution utilising the scrum values of openness, honesty and respect
  • Forecast the amount of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source
  • Help the team and individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
  • Create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects
  • Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences
  • Ensure the correct use of SCRUM
  • Track and remove impediments

Profile/Skills:

  • Master degree in computer science or equivalent degree / work experience
  • 3+ years proven experience in web platforms & collaboration systems (especially Salesforce, Sitecore & SharePoint)
  • 2+ years work experience in project management of middle and large projects
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies (especially SharePoint, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure)
  • Coaching skills in agile practices and in coaching individuals and interactions in processes and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with working together in a team consistent of individuals from several cultures
  • Ability to perform in a focused and structured way following a hands-on approach
  • High willingness to learn and change
  • Strong communication, presentation and workshop moderation skills (English and German)
  • Expert in estimation and planning
