Responsibilities

Global Sales Operations is responsible for supporting and continously evolving global sales organization, processes and tools. As a member of the global KUKA sales organization, you are responsible for the following topics for Business Segment Robotics:

 

Responsibilities:

Sales Operational Reviews

  • Coordination, execution and follow-up of the reviews, taking into accout all relevant data with the regions; Sales Management and other stakeholders (e.g. controlling, business units, customer service and demand planning)

  • Continous development of the sales operational reviews

  • Coaching of local sales management

 

Sales Forecast

  • Execution and follow-up of the monthly Sales Forecast together with the regions

  • Status tracking of Top Opportunities

  • Continous planning stability and – accuracy (MAPE) measurement of monthly Sales Forecast

 

Sales Performance & Efficency

  • Continuous monitoring of sales performance and KPIs

  • Derivation of fields of action for a continuous increase in efficency in the sales organization

  • Tracking of the initiated measures to improve performance, including plan and deviation analyzes

  • Creation and discussion of regular analysis, e.g. Won/ Loss Analysis, Trend Analysis, Portfolio Analysis (BCG-Matrix), Pricing Analysis, with the regions and other stakeholders

  • Generate audience-specific status reports

 

Sales Dashboards

  • Continous development of the Sales Dashboards in QlikView

  • Coordination with the Salesforce Team and relevant stakeholder

 

Support of sales process development

Application Requirements

  • Sucessfully completed degree in business, economics, mathematic or related field

  • Minimum +3 years professional experience in sales performance, pricing or sales operations of an international company

  • Good knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP BW, Salesforce, PIM and QlikView

  • Advanced handling of the MS Office applications Excel, Access and PPT

  • Strong intercultural competence and you are familiar to work within an international working environment

  • Good analytical knowledge and problem-solving ability as well as high affinity to numbers

  • Structured and results-oriented way of working

  • Excellent team player and must be an effective communicator both verbally and written in German & English

  • Experience in project management

  • Mobility and willingness to travel
