To strengthen our Global Brand Management team, we are looking for an Employer Brand Manager (f/m/d) to actively realise our goal as Employer of Choice. In the role of a strategist, innovator and expert you will focus the EVP of our group brands and play a key position in the dialogue between the countries and divisions to develop actions and communication tasks.

Responsibilities

As a communications expert with experience in employer branding, you will work both conceptually and operationally on the planning

Implementation and global roll-out of target group-specific measures - Your goal is to increase awareness of KUKA as an attractive employer and to create a positive brand experience for current and future employees

You live integrated communication and move confidently in both the digital and analog worlds

Application Requirements
-
Degree in Marketing and Brand Management, Human Resources and Organizational Development, International Business Development, (international) Business Administration or comparable studies

Several years of relevant professional experience in dynamic, complex and international companies with a multicultural environment

Experience in innovative, technology-driven companies is a plus
-
Strategic and systemic thinking as well as an understanding of the business model is a must
-
Excellent communication skills in English and German, knowledge of another business language is desirable

Willingness to travel

Planning, organizing and facilitating between various complex stakeholders
