To strengthen our activities in Corporate Sustainability we are looking for a

Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the group-wide sustainability management and global sustainability strategy
Establishing and continuously improving global ESG reporting for a transparent presentation of KUKA´s ESG performance in accordance with legal requirements (including CSRD and EU taxonomy), common standards and frameworks
Coordinating of sustainable topics in close cooperation with KUKA´s segments (including monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of measures based on KPIs)
Planning, coordinating, and implementing of group-wide sustainability projects
Processing of external stakeholder inquiries
Benchmark analyses, research as well as independent tracking of developments and changes in regulatory requirements and standards driving sustainability

Successfully completed Master degree in economics or comparable field ideally with focus on sustainability, environmental management, sustainable finance
Practical experience ideally in the field of environmental and sustainability management
Knowledge of all ESG areas as well as in sustainability reporting with common standards and frameworks such as TCFD, GRI and SBTi as well as CSRD, EU taxonomy
Experience in non-financial performance management and reporting - ideally from an international corporate environment
Structured, independent and hybrid working style as well as “out of the box thinking”
Fluent in German and English
