Responsibilities
As Finance Trainee you will have the chance to gather experience in different finance functions like for example Financial reporting in/to headquarters, business analysis & controlling within our KUKA segments, Accounting or special functions like Tax, Treasury, etc.
During your assignments you will work on projects and thus be able to take over responsibility for the project success from the very beginning.
A mentor, your supervisors in the project and additional off-the-job trainings will support the further development of your professional and social competencies.
You will stay abroad at least for one assignment to provide to you the opportunity to broaden your intercultural competence and your language skills and develop your own global network within KUKAs Finance.
To prepare you to take over an international Finance and Controlling role after the trainee program we plan to let you experience at least working in 2 business divisions, 2 regions and 2 finance functions.
A permanent position following the trainee program is intended.
Application Requirements
- Excellent Master’s degree in Finance and strong interest in Finance & Controlling topics
- First professional experience in Finance & Controlling or experience through various and challenging internships or as a working student
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent English language skills, other languages (Chinese) are a plus
- Willingness to learn and to take over responsibility
- Team spirit and excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills
- At least six months experience abroad through internships or studies
- International mindset and high flexibility
