Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage workstreams of companywide, international innovation program
-
Define, consolidate, and align project plans and roadmaps across program workstreams defining and launching minimal viable products on iiQKA platform using transformational technologies
-
Drive program reporting for progress tracking

Support efficient collaboration with interfacing line organization like marketing, R&D, sales, supply chain, and internal communication
-
Prepare presentations and reporting for senior and executive management as well as supervisory board
-
Improve and maintain processes of cooperate „Start-ups“
-
Drive program communication across company

Prepare and moderate involvement, strategy, and portfolio workshops for Program
Application Requirements
-
Degree in Computer science, Engineering science, Mathematics or Physics
-
Long-term experience in program management or consulting
-
Very strong leadership and management skills
-
Proven knowhow in innovation methodology and frameworks
-
Very good understanding of innovative technologies and trends in robotics
-
High level of conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills
-
Excellent moderation and communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
-
Team player
