  • You will create opportunities across all sales channels for the entire KUKA offering from robots to solutions

  • You acquire target customers, develop customers into regional development accounts and global key accounts

  • You create proposal concepts, USP's, presentations to customers and lead negotiation to deal closure

  • You will further develop our holistic approach from robots, accessories, software to solutions and partner offers for the industry

  • You coordinate with Field Service, Business Development, Sales and other relevant departments regarding target customers, strategy and customer approach

  • You define sales targets for country sales and ensure that they are achieved with a structured follow-up process

  • You drive market launch strategies for new KUKA products and systems together with us

  • You coordinate the use of internal and external resources, such as technology, advertising and marketing, to provide added value to our customers.

Application Requirements

  • University degree in technical/commercial field.

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales/business development

  • Practical experience in automation

  • Well networked in the consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry

  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken) and intercultural competence for international relations, other languages are an advantage

  • High level of initiative and ability to work well in global teams

  • High degree of mobility and willingness to travel
