You will be part of a global team and accountable for managing our global software assets throughout their lifecycle to keep our company licenses compliant. The reduction of license complexity and overall license costs will be a fundamental target of your daily activities. You will interact regularly with Business organizations, Finance and IT departments on a global level. Continuously develop relationship to suppliers, consultancies and business units regarding all relevant aspects of licensing is key.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify global compliance risks and financial opportunities in our existing software licensing portfolio
- Oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risks of software assets
- Manage software publishers especially in the area of SAP and/or Engineering Software
- Lead and optimize the IT software asset life cycle in line with best practice and needs
of the Company - Lead Software license related contract negotiations on a global basis
Application Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equal education
- 7+ years of deep experience in software asset management
- Subject matter expert for Top-Tier software publishers (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, IBM, Siemens…)
- Proven experience in IT Software Asset Management, either as a consultant or in industries
- Long-term experience with Asset Management Tools (e.g. Snow)
- Strong knowledge of software licensing models and skills to analyse software license contracts
- Highly developed communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management
- Social competencies combined with assertiveness and diplomatic skills
- Have fun to work in complex multi-national/cultural environments
- English and German negotiation skills (fluent)
