KUKA at Schweissen & Schneiden 2017
KUKA will be presenting the latest automation solutions at the “Schweissen & Schneiden” trade fair. Visit us at the international flagship trade fair for joining, cutting and surfacing technologies from 25 to 29 September 2017 at Booth F14 in Hall 13 of the exhibition center in Düsseldorf.
Networked weld-cutting and laser-cutting system
Only those who have an overview of all the data can improve their processes. Therefore, the next logical development stage for companies is to digitize their systems.

The core component: KUKA ready2_spot
A key component of the modular cells is the new KUKA ready2_spot speed package. The preconfigured and tested package is ready for operation in just a few steps. This tool allows spot welding applications for joining steel and aluminum parts to be implemented quickly and easily.
An inside look at the KUKA TechCenter
With our ready2_use packages, we are demonstrating what collaboration among partners can look like in a global world. The application packages allow for precise adaptations to individual market requirements.
European debut at Schweissen & Schneiden
The KUKA robot KR CYBERTECH ARC HW will be making its European debut at the Schweissen & Schneiden trade fair! The highlight: with an arm length of 2,100 millimeters, the robot has the longest reach in its class on the market. The KR CYBERTECH ARC product family is designed for continuous-path applications such as arc welding. Achieve even greater precision in welding operations by upgrading to a 50-millimeter hollow wrist (HW).
In addition to high-precision robots, positioners with the right payload capacity are crucial for achieving an optimum welding result. KUKA will be presenting two new products at the Schweissen & Schneiden trade fair:
- The quickest three-axis positioner on the market - the KP3-V2H S: shortens cycle times thanks to index times of 2 seconds.
- We will also be showcasing the compact two-axis KP2-HV500, which guarantees an optimum machining position for the workpiece throughout the entire process.
We look forward to seeing you at the Schweissen & Schneiden trade fair in Düsseldorf!
