Food industry

Our focus is on the efficient and precise handling of primary and secondary products in the food industry. We specialise in the development of pick and place applications that can be seamlessly integrated into ongoing production processes. Whether it is meat, cheese or other food products - we take on the task of picking your products safely. In doing so, we master both simple and complex picking applications that can be carried out by several robots simultaneously. The loading and unloading of machine tools is a fundamental building block in which we have been successfully active for many years. The integration of component recognition and marking, DMC reading via camera, blowing off and cleaning of components as well as quality inspection are part of our portfolio.

KRC ROBOTstar

The KRC ROBOTstar robot controller developed by KUKA Industries combines the proven KRC4 hardware with the intuitive ROBOTstar-VI robot controller, which is controlled via the familiar reisPAD. The graphic ProVis visualisation and the TouchMotion control enable simple and application-related operation and programming of the robot. The fully integrated SafetyController as well as the freely programmable safety PLC serve to protect people and save an external PLC for smaller applications. Open communication standards enable seamless integration into production systems. Upgrades for existing systems are also possible at any time.
