Business Development Manager (m/f)

As Business Development Manager UK you are responsible for leading all Business Development activities within the UK. This includes developing a go-to-market strategy to establish and grow the Swisslog Health Care footprint.

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Sales profitable growth according to agreed targets in UK & Ireland for the HC business
  • Manage sales in UK/I defining the local sales and marketing strategy in line with EMEA Sales Strategy
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
  • Maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Develop a strategy for operations/service and interact with Operation in order to guarantee appropriate transition and risk management
  •  Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy

 

The position will be located in the UK, ideally in the London area. The Position will require extensive travelling focusing on customer and sales related initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

You communicate openly and effectively on all levels. You can achieve high quality results and you have the ability to adapt to new and changing demands and continuously seek improvements. Professional Requirements & Experience

  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in a sales leadership position for capital intensive goods
  • Experience with XAAS
  • Proven track record in building international sales network
  • Proven experience in business development
