Tier 1 Sales Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity for an individual to become part of the Sales Team based at the Halesowen Office

The successful candidate will be required to:
Be proactive in collaborating with the OEM Sales Manager in account planning, including defining an account strategy for Tier 1 accounts. Also year-on-year sales growth expectations for KUKA products and driving new products and technology.
Stay close to delivery status / challenges of jobs in their portfolio as they manage relationships with client stakeholders.
Provide technical support to external and internal customers.
Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimise delays or unexpected cost increases.
- You must have a qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have strong business development and negotiation skills.
- You will also have experience of building relationships with Automotive Tier 1 suppliers.
- You will have experience of contract/legal and financial management and be a strong influencer, with negotiation and project management experience.
