Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Proactively source, identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,
  • build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs,
  • conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles,
  • partner with HR stakeholders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies,
  • maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (SAP Succesfactors),
  • ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the sourcing and interview process,
  • track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
  • minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sourcing role,
  • proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Honeypot and job boards,
  • exceptional sourcing and networking skills,
  • fluency in English and German is a must,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
