Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Perform financial controlling, planning, forecasting, and reporting for the shared services, based in Budapest,
  • developing cost center structure for the newly created legal entity,
  • maintain cost accounting elements, such as cost centers and allocation cycles,
  • identify and report variances in costs and balance sheet items to internal stakeholders,
  • ensure accurate cost disclosure in line with internal guidelines and external requirements,
  • indentify opportunities for cost optimization, monitor and forecast cash flow, preparing Headcount reports,
  • FTE/HC and payroll planning, including budgeting and forecasting,
  • analyzing P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs, Capex, result and overseeing monthly reporting to adjust, realing, plans and forecast,
  • collaborate with other functions (HR, Site Management, Finance team, Group Controllers) on cost budget matters,
  • build and maintain close collaboration network with Regional Financial Controller and Financial Controlling community,
  • participation in ad-hoc project work (ERP implementation).

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • ​​​​​​University degree or equivalent knowledge in the field of Business Administration, Economics, or Finance/Controlling,
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience,
  • experience in working in multinational matrix organization,
  • fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes,
  • excellent MS Excel skills, good knowledge in MS Office,
  • good knowledge of SAP (SAP-Hana knowledge is an advantage),
  • strong analytical skills and the ability of compiling and analyzing reports,
  • independent way of working with high attention to detail,
  • working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed,
  • fluent in English written and spoken.
