Responsibilities

Make an impact
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the region,
  • partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on effective recruitment practices,
  • manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates,
  • develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates,
  • utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement,
  • ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations,
  • provide regular updates to the CoE HR team on recruitment metrics and progress towards hiring goals.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on regional recruitment,
  • strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends,
  • experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
