Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform overall implementation activities of the SAP HCM modules PA, OM, PT, PY etc. (e.g. configuration/ development and integration, workflow configuration, etc.) from project initiation to after-go live support.
  • Support global roll-outs of current On-Premise HR applications and SAP HR system migrations / merger projects, especially the Concur Travel and Expense modules within KUKA.
  • Collaborate closely with the global and local process & product owner(s) for our HR Applications and Concur Platform.
  • Manage the related IT Service for HR applications and Travel Management with respect to cost and quality.
  • Perform troubleshooting for technical issues, process incidents and changes and monitor the platforms and related interfaces as part of 2nd and 3rd level support.
  • Collaborate closely with our global Core Business Applications Teams in Augsburg (Germany), Shanghai (China), Budapest (Hungary), Redditch (UK), and Denver (US) as well as other IT departments globally.

Application Requirements

  • university degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent studies,
  • at least 8 years of professional experience,
  • experience with HR transformations and global HR rollout projects,
  • knowledge of cross applications processes (as CATS), basic Accounting Principles and connections between HR and non-HR system landscapes,

  • good knowledge of maintenance and support processes for SAP HCM, experience in upgrade and legal change activities and awareness of country specifics/ localization variants,
  • understanding of data format conversion,
  • strong communication and presentation skills,
  • flexibility as to the specific working hours and ability to work in physical and virtual teams and willingness to travel (Europe and intercontinental),
  • fluent in English.
