Responsibilities

  • protect and prove that our KUKA robot software meets requirements,
  • active participation in software release testing on system-level,
  • maintaining existing and creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases,
  • design, develop and execute automated test cases using Java, Selenium,
  • identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs,
  • track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect count.

Application Requirements

  • technical university degree (information technology, engineering, mathematician, robotics or other relevant field),
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Testing or similar role,
  • proven working experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases,
  • experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process,
  • hands-on experience with Java,
  • ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
  • proficient communication in English.

Preference

  • ISTQB exam,
  • experience with TFS, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure),
  • experience with other programming languages like C#,
  • basic knowledge in robotics,
  • German knowledge.
