  • provide professional support for teams and executives,

  • cooperation with other departments (HR, marketing, procurement, controlling etc.),

  • support facility related activities, ensure the proper operation of the office,

  • coordination and scheduling of meetings,

  • coordination of travels and visitors,

  • create and track orders, coordinate suppliers,

  • assist with additional projects and other duties as required.


Application Requirements

  • 1+ years prior relevant experience,

  • exceptional communications skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization,

  • proficient with MS Office – Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint,

  • ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines,

  • excellent at problem-solving, taking initiative,

  • ability to maintain confidentiality,

  • fluent english and hungarian – german is a plus.
