German Speaking Service Desk Agent (Part-Time)
- Take, register, analyze and process all sorts of user inquiries related to our existing IT-landscape,
- Fulfill service requests based on pre-defined procedures (password resets, providing access, remote Software installation, VPN Setup, IT procurements, etc),
- Manage customer’s hard- and software requests,
- Manage the configuration management database.
- Studies in Information Technology or 1-2 years comparable work experience,
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English,
- Ability to work varying shifts on weekends,
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week,
- Optimistic, goal-oriented, and customer focused attitude,
- Interest in supporting users with respect to IT infrastructure,
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
