Responsibilities
- Support customers (external/internal) with commissioning digital products including Consulting function in presales meetings,
- heads up discussion with responsible staff (IT/OT administrators, shopfloor decision makers) on valid solutions,
- technical realization,
- hypercare,
- first Level support for digital products,
- support in testing new products, architectures, perform load and cycle tests,
- rapid prototyping and mock-up creation for data driven applications,
- document and maintain data in Salesforce CRM,
- support case dispatching,
- create and maintain relevant content (manuals, training videos, training slides etc,)
- spread knowledge base for KUKA. Sim and KUKA iioT capabilities, upcoming features, build professional community, technical support and SW quality assurance.
Application Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in a relevant field,
- track record in technical presales, consulting, support or similar preferably in the MES, IIoT or automatization business,
- experience with automatized shopfloors, preferably industrial robotics,
- experience with network topologies, Linux, embedded software,
- experience in an object orientated programming language (C, C++, C#, Python, Java or similar),
- first experience with cloud architectures, IoT/IIoT applications and protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) digital twins or similar,
- excited for new technology trends with relevance to the industry 4.0,
- willingness to continuously learn new things,
- willingness to work in an internationally distributed team,
- business fluent english.
