Junior Process Manager and Power BI developer

specify, improve and support the KUKA Product Development Processes,
development and improvement of Power BI dashboards and KPIs,
maintain the existing Power BI dashboards,
support performance improvements,
continuously catch up with the latest development processes and methodologies,
work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers and Development Teams to ensure optimal flow through the planning and delivery process.

Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Engineering/IT/Computer Science) or similar education,
programming skills for Power BI implementation,
1-3 years relevant working experience,
reporting skills,
knowledge of Agile Software Development, Scrum, Kanban, Lean startup and the latest development methodologies,
interest in Product Lifecycle and product development processes,
analytical mindset and structured working style,
proactive, positive and collaborative working attitude,
fluent in English (German is a plus).
