  • Day-to-day Task and performance management of Hotline Team and Back Office team to provide 10/7 ITsupport,
  • managing Transition of additional IT Services within the Hotline and Back Office SSC IT Team,
  • run continues improvement initiatives and ensure the Knowledge base is kept up-to-date,
  • define KPIs and report to EMEA Infrastructure Service Management and to the IT Management about the results of our IT Service in Budapest,
  • managing escalation related to the 1st Level SSC IT (Hotline) and Back Office Team,
  • taking part in hiring procedures for SSC IT,
  • follow-Up with Procedure changes. 

Application Requirements

  • University degree or relevant working experience,
  • at least 4-7 years of relevant professional experience,
  • leadership experience in managing a team of 10-20 employees,
  • know-how of the ITIL frameweork,
  • excellent coordination, communication and organisational skills,
  • excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and German,
  • performance management experience.
