Responsibilities
- Single project management and project portfolio management process implementation and optimization through close collaboration with stakeholder on different level and functions,
- verify, consolidate, and follow up on new project requests, roadmaps and running project plans as a proactive supporting, consulting, and governance role,
- preparation, set up and execution of project and portfolio planning, reporting, KPI and steering platforms,
- continuous improvement of PMO-processes and tools aiming the transparency of current projects, roadmap, business case status through KPIs and efficient decision taking,
- creating process and tool checklists and documents,
- conduct and moderate project and program steering meeting, verifying, and aligning resource capacity planning as well as implementation of project changes,
- ensure project management, process and tool standards are being executed across the R&D project portfolio,
- evaluate business needs and build data systems and tool workflows,
- develop reports, dashboard, or data bank queries.
Application Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in technical, economic, or financial field,
- experience in project and program management or consulting,
- profound knowledge of project management methods, in best case with project management certification and a fundamental understanding of specialist demands on PMO,
- very good level in processes, conceptual, and strategic skills,
- good knowledge in SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft BI, Qlik Sense is an advance,
- high level moderation and communication skills in German and English.
