Responsibilities

  • Single project management and project portfolio management process implementation and optimization through close collaboration with stakeholder on different level and functions,
  • verify, consolidate, and follow up on new project requests, roadmaps and running project plans as a proactive supporting, consulting, and governance role,
  • preparation, set up and execution of project and portfolio planning, reporting, KPI and steering platforms,
  • continuous improvement of PMO-processes and tools aiming the transparency of current projects, roadmap, business case status through KPIs and efficient decision taking,
  • creating process and tool checklists and documents,
  • conduct and moderate project and program steering meeting, verifying, and aligning resource capacity planning as well as implementation of project changes,
  • ensure project management, process and tool standards are being executed across the R&D project portfolio,
  • evaluate business needs and build data systems and tool workflows,
  • develop reports, dashboard, or data bank queries.

Application Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in technical, economic, or financial field,
  • experience in project and program management or consulting,
  • profound knowledge of project management methods, in best case with project management certification and a fundamental understanding of specialist demands on PMO,
  • very good level in processes, conceptual, and strategic skills,
  • good knowledge in SQL, SharePoint, Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft BI, Qlik Sense is an advance,
  • high level moderation and communication skills in German and English.
