Software Test Engineer

Protect and prove that our desktop software capable of KUKA robot simulation meets requirements,
active participation in software release testing on system- & component-level,
maintaining existing and creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases,
active participation in the test framework extension for our new robot configuration & programming desktop software,
design, develop and execute automated test cases using Python, Robot Framework,
identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs,
build & extend testing strategy for newly created & extended components,
track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect count.

Technical university degree (information technology, engineering, mathematician, robotics or relevant field),
2+ years of experience in Software Testing or similar role,
proven working experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases,
experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process,
hands-on experience with an Object-oriented language (Python is a plus),
ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team,
proficient communication in English.
