Responsibilities

  • ensure and continuously improve the data quality in the Global EA repository application (LeanIX)
  • execution of regular activities (weekly employee cleanup of leavers and successor research with on-boarding, processing of daily quality alerts, pro-active data quality monitoring, etc.)
  • provide technical assistance and support for the Global EA repository application (LeanIX)
  • provide user support, consulting & training
  • assist in data maintenance in daily operations and projects
  • support the fulfillment of audit requirements related to LeanIX
  • assist the documentation of As-Is and To-Be architecture in LeanIX
  • close collaboration with software vendor LeanIX & SAM team in Hungary

Application Requirements

  • studies in Information Technology or 2-3 years comparable work experience,
  • experience in 2nd or 3rd level support (ideally in larger environments),
  • focus on quality and attention to detail with a high self-motivation for continuous improvement,
  • high Customer and Service mindset,
  • own motivation for further qualification,
  • team spirit and willingness to work in distributed teams,
  • basic knowledge in enterprise architecture management and IT solution documentation is an advantage,
  • excellent command of German and English (spoken and written).
