KUKA Nordics is expanding its sales organization and is now looking for another Area Sales Manager Robotics. In the role, you collaborate with your 2 sales colleagues and will focus on developing the business with end customers, integrators and machine builders in Sweden.
The role means that you work in close relationship with your customers to understand their needs and be able to present more efficient robot solutions. You negotiate and drive the business forward to conclusion in consultation with your sales colleagues. The role involves both new customer processing and additional sales to existing customers. Through your good understanding of KUKA's entire offering, you represent the company in all work with customers and external stakeholders.
We are looking for you with experience in sales of automation to industry, preferably with similar products. You have a very good ability to build trusting relationships both internally and externally as well as an understanding of and ability to drive a sales process to completion. At the same time, you have a high level of technical competence based on the Robot industry, are financially analytical and have good negotiation skills. Your business acumen means that you have the ability to have a holistic view and you can, with a clear goal in mind, translate strategy into activities on a daily basis.
In the role, you report to Sales Manager Nordic & Baltic and start either from the office in Gothenburg or from home. You travel all over the country but with greater concentration in Götaland.

Application Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in technology
  • +5 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in Robot Systems, Control Systems, HMI, Machine Equipment and Automation Solutions
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience of technical project management
  • Good knowledge of IT systems (Office program, CRM etc)
  • Fluency in speech and writing in Swedish and English
