About the position as robot technician
As a robot technician, your main task is to carry out troubleshooting, service and training of employees at KUKA's robot facility. The customers are mainly in Denmark and centered around central and southern Jutland. Training/teaching typically takes place by holding courses and workshops for a small customer group of 2-5 people at KUKA's college in Silkeborg, so that the customers become familiar with their robot system. Complete new installation, commissioning and training of employees afterwards also occurs.
As a robot technician, you work independently and plan your working days based on the customer information you received from the company manager. You drive out of your home or office in Silkeborg with the service van filled with the tools and parts you need. You perform daily documentation for the work you performed, send travel invoices and follow up on service and customer satisfaction.
As a robot technician, you collaborate with the 3 existing robot technicians in Silkeborg but also collaborate on tasks throughout the Nordics. Therefore, you should expect that there will be tasks that require approx. 1-3 nights per month. For the right person, there is also the opportunity to get even more variety in everyday life through KUKA's technical hotline. In the hotline, you receive calls/issues from customers and perform troubleshooting and a quick analysis of whether KUKA should send a technician or whether the problem can be solved remotely.
