KR70 LP laser cutting gantry

The second generation of the KUKA laser cutting gantry is an extremely dynamic combination of lightweight design and robot-based drive and control technology. The KR70 LP has been specially optimized for the laser cutting of complex workpieces.

The use of state-of-the-art, series-produced robot motors and gear units ensures utmost performance and reliability together with excellent dynamic characteristics and precision. Furthermore, we are setting new standards by using the KR C controller to pave the way for present and future automation. While the costs for integration, preventive maintenance and servicing decrease, long-term gains are made in efficiency and flexibility.

  • KR70 with basic travel (A1 = 1,000 mm, A2 = 1,000 mm, A3 = 500 mm) and a basic height of 3,170 mm.
