Ideal candidate

  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012 (AD, DHCP, DNS)
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), routers & switches
  • Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint)
  • English is mandatory, German is a plus
  • Great communication skills

Job description

  • Support to our colleagues (Sibiu and worldwide) remotely, via phone call, email or other communication channels regarding IT issues and queries
  • Deploy OS (Windows 7/8/10), softwares, upgrades patches (both hardware and software), maintenance of inventory
  • Ensure the good functioning and stability of the main Windows 2008/2012 R2 servers in the company
  • Maintain Active Directory services, files & folder permissions
  • Install network devices (printers, AP’s, switches)
  • Setup employees smartphones, tablets
  • Grant permissions on the shared drives, add domain user accounts, apply GPO's etc.
