  • Executes procedures for coordinating orders

  • Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning (e.g. preparing, forecasting), and executing (e.g. organization, control, tracking, and completion) of projects within area of assigned responsibility

  • Provides operational and administrative support to all departments to meet on-time delivery, product quality, and customer satisfaction goals

Job Description:

  • Completes Goods Issues for all parts taken from inventory
  • Completes Goods Receipts for all parts being received into inventory
  • Schedules and maintains inventory to support production requirements
  • Maintains goods picking records within SAP
  • Supports inventory-related transactions within the organization (inventory adjustments, bin location updates, inventory transfers, inventory adjustments, etc.)
  • Interacts daily with other departments to resolve day-to-day issues and to ensure all goods are processed in a timely manner
  • Moves inventory to assembly line as required/requested
  • Supports Finance (per Finance scheduling) with all information necessary to ensure that the inventory is accurately reflected in the monthly inventory accounting
  • Assists in resolving day-to-day issues with other departments. Coordinates changes of content or timelines and informs other functional teams when they are affected.
  • Monitors individual order schedules and provides current and projected work forecasts
  • Develops, writes, and implements SOP procedures and work instructions as needed.
  • Participates in meetings as needed
  • Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages
  • Keeps warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized at all times
  • Lead role in performing physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintains storage areas and assists verifying Warehouse counts are accurate. Day to day inventory control – bin location updates, stocking quantities, warehouse transfers
  • Tags items according to quality procedures
  • Participates in Continuous Customer Support (hotline) rotation as required
  • Understands and follows safety regulations and identifies safety concerns
  • Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continual improvement
  • Performs well in a fast-paced, organized and positive environment
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor degree plus two years of related administrative experience is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor degree in business management is preferred

  • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, SAP or similar ERP system, Internet, E-mail), strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality is required
