Responsibilities
-
Travel, Time, and Expense Management, provides travel policy, timekeeping, and expense process training for all new employees reporting directly to GM and VP of Sales
-
Manages organizational charts, newsletter, and corporate presentations
-
Manages assigned projects, meetings, workshops, and corporate events
-
Collaborates with USA Marketing team and supports, when necessary, in executing monthly reports, tradeshow / event planning and community relations
-
Performs research and monitors RIA, MarkLines, Gartner, Salesforce, Competition, Industries and Target Customers
-
Works cross-functionally with all departments to achieve strategic and operational goals

Maintains systems, records and reports that enable the VPs to operate efficiently
-
Development of communication, document, and process improvement for teams
-
Professional interface with internal / external customers
-
Organizes customer visits and special events (local, international, and domestic)
-
Travel coordination, scheduling, and transportation arrangements
-
Professionally maintains confidential data, information, and concepts
-
Travels as needed to support Sales and Marketing meetings / events / tradeshows and occasional overseas travel required

Coordinates with other Executive Assistants on a variety of tasks

Leads employee events committee and may lead small groups of people in the execution of duties.
Application Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree and five years of related administrative experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail, SharePoint, Journyx or equivalent are essential.

Requires experience with international travel arrangements, expense reports, event planning, customer relationship-building and management of multiple priorities. Organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality are required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization.

Excellent English language skills are required. German language skills are an asset.
