The Linear Friction Welding process is suitable for joining a wide variety of components both large and small. With Thompson machines KUKA Industries provides the distinct advantage of welding dissimilar ferrous and non-ferrous materials and have the unique capability of simultaneously joining multiple components in a single weld cycle. Our Linear Friction Welding systems provide up to 100Hz Oscillation Frequency and Variable Component Capacity which is confirmed after technical assessment of our enquiry.
We tailer-make our systems to operate with any electrical power supply worldwide and all systems require a 300mm reinforced concrete floor in accordance to the DIN 1045 B25 specification.
