Agile Process Manager (Budapest)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with development projects on a daily basis.
  • Apply and specify the general KUKA Product Development Process on actual working level.
  • Identify and set up the processes in the development team and organizational level, including:
    - communications between interdisciplinary teams and dependencies,
    - tools for the process,
    - gates and documents,
    - KPIs and other performance measurements (e.g.: lead time & burns-up),
    - (agile) and iterative working process,
    - team performance improvement.
  • Deploy the designed process to the team, and follow-up until the process steps are done by the responsible “automatically” (e.g.: Project managers, scrum masters, product managers, etc) /storming-forming-norming-performing/.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Development Teams to ensure optimal flow through the delivery process.
  • Find solutions on problems, find right people for support.
  • Understand the end2end product development process with all different interfaces and their basic requirements to enable the teams to fulfil them.
  • Create continuous improvement environment with the team and the wider business community.
  • Define and design the interfaces between different internal stakeholders (e.g.: Product Owner and Project Manager).
  • Provide visibility into the status and progress of work.
  • Work on problems with feasible and realistic solutions.
  • Continuously catch up with the latest development processes and methodologies.

  • sense for technology (specially software development),
  • entrepreneurial spirit in solving problems, ability to take initiatives,
  • exceptionally good collaborative skills,
  • fluent in English (German is a plus).
