  • proactively supporting several managers residing in different geographical locations – being responsible of handling multiple agendas and following up on projects,
  • ensure that all meetings are organized and prepared properly by providing appropriate and necessary documentation, files, presentations and reports in a timely manner,
  • handle, prepare and coordinate business documents at executive level,
  • handle travel reservations,
  • coordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings locally and globally (virtual and physical space),
  • manage and coordinate subprojects and draft analyses, reports,
  • prepare presentations,
  • support decision making process,
  • ready to take part on business trips frequently throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas.


  • university or College degree,
  • excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills in English,
  • at least 3-5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant at executive level,
  • excellent communication skills in English, written and oral;
  • ability to communicate with people within and outside of corporate multicultural environment,
  • demonstrate professionalism and a high degree of confidentiality, discretion in handling confidential information,
  • ability to act quickly to ad-hoc and last-minute requests, not stressed by deadlines,
  • strong MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook),
  • ability to work independently and to use own initiative in all situations,
  • excellent project management skills,
  • flexibility and willingness to travel.
