Indirect Buyer - for regional corporate travel program (Taksony)
Supplier Management: - defining supplier standards, service levels and RFP requirements together with Local and Global Travel Manager, - develop strong relationship with the regional travel partners to ensure alignment with the firm’s commercial objectives,
Processes / Systems: - implement the travel strategy within the hub:alignment in all countries and in all sites, - adopt strategy at regional and local level in line with global strategy/policy guidelines, - maintain regional travel policy guidelines Reporting / Controlling, - data management, reporting & spend analyses, - regional Travel Data Management (Reporting),
Communications: - regular communication exchange with the Global Travel Manager, - coordinate and conduct regular reviews with Local Travel Manager, departments,
Leadership: - reports to the Global Travel Manager, - selection of Local Travel Managers together with local country / entity managements.
Profile / Expecations
university degree (Project Management or Tourism and Travel),
at least 4-7 years of experience as corporate travel manager or similar position,
proven leadership experience in a multinational organization,
mature project management skills and experience on international level,
service industry experience,
excellent negotiation and communication skills,
excellent supplier relationship management,
analytical mindset with strong business acumen,
knowledge of T&E reporting and processing,
knowledge of reservation systems e.g. GDS solutions,
excellent English & German (written and spoken), additional foreign languages desirable.
