IT Service Desk Agent (L1)

Responsibilities

  • Take, register, analyze and process all sorts of user inquiries related to our existing IT-landscape
  • Fulfill service requests based on pre-defined procedures (password resets, providing access, remote Software installation, VPN Setup, IT procurements, etc)
  • Manage customer’s hard- and software requests
  • Manage the configuration management database

Profile / Expectations

  • Studies in Information Technology or 2-3 years comparable work experience
  • Optimistic, goal-oriented, and customer focused attitude
  • Interest in supporting users with respect to IT infrastructure
  • High motivation
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
