IT Service Desk Agent (L1) (Budapest)

Responsibilities

  • take, register, analyze and process all sorts of user inquiries related to our existing IT-landscape,
  • fulfill service requests based on pre-defined procedures (password resets, providing access, remote Software installation, VPN Setup, IT procurements, etc),
  • manage customer’s hard- and software requests,
  • manage the configuration management database.

Profile / Expectations

  • studies in Information Technology or 2-3 years comparable work experience,
  • optimistic, goal-oriented, and customer focused attitude,
  • interest in supporting users with respect to IT infrastructure,
  • high motivation,
  • ability to work in a team,
  • willingness to work flexible hours and to travel,
  • excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
