Junior Corporate Recruiter (Budapest)


  • build relationship with departments and local HR teams,
  • recruit and search candidates, organise interviews – pre-creening, telephone interviews and personal interviews,
  • search and build databasis, possible alternative recruiting channels,
  • make detailed weekly reports based on the status of the selection and search,
  • coordination with the Senior Corporate Recruiter in problematic issues,
  • lead interviews and write reviews and riports about the candidates.

Profile / Expectations

  • 1-2 years recruitment experience as a consultant,
  • have previous knowledge in recruitment tools, methotologies and social networking - LinkedIn, Xing – also in classic headhunting methods f.e. cold calls,
  • good analytical skills, exploration of causes, previous experience in reporting,
  • excellent English language skills other European language knowledge is an advantage,
  • proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem solving skills,
  • positive personality and creativity,
  • user IT skills.
