Senior Corporate Recruiter (Budapest)

Responsibilities

  • work out the recruitment structure of EMEA HUB HR considering the different labor market characteristics of the countries, work out a coordinated and unified reporting and KPI system,
  • compile the recruitment processes,
  • build relationship with departments and local HR teams,
  • build up the searching conception – continuous contact with the managers and local HR,
  • recruit and search candidates especially in expert and managerial positions,
  • search and build databasis, possible alternative recruiting channels,
  • make detailed weekly reports based on the status of the selection and search,
  • cooperate and negotiate with hiring managers,
  • propose solutions regarding the changes and expectations of the positions – convince the client of the best recruitment solutions,
  • lead interviews and write reviews and riports about the candidates,
  • sales of the recruitment service within the company in Europe – ensure the increase of work load of the recruitment team.

Profile / Expectations

  • 5-10 years recruitment experience as a consultant,
  • experience in leading international recruitment projects, high level of knowledge of the European labor market,
  • have comprehensive knowledge in recruitment tools, methotologies and social networking - LinkedIn, Xing – also in classic headhunting methods f.e. cold calls (active and passive search),
  • have previous experience in sales/customer care and negotation technics,
  • good analytical skills, exploration of causes, previous experience in reporting and market analysis,
  • excellent English language skills other European language knowledge is an advantage,
  • proactive, can-do attitude and excellent problem solving skills,
  • positive personality and creativity,
  • excellent IT skills.
