Team Assistant

Main tasks

  • support to the KUKA Hungary SSC team (EMEA HUB),
  • organizing meetings and events, prepare presentations in Hungarian and in English for the management,
  • coordinate travel and managing the related admin tasks (expenses, reports),
  • providing personal assistance to the SSC manager and the SSC team,
  • managing the office (orders, stationary, etc.),
  • keep contact with local and foreign employees in EMEA region and also external partners all around Europe,
  • assisting in financial administration and reporting,
  • administrative support of the management.

You are the ideal candidate if you

  • have at least 3 years relevant (admin, assistant) experience in service or SSC environment,
  • speak and write fluently in English and Hungarian,
  • have a BA or MA degree,
  • are a confident MS Office program user,
  • are an excellent communicator,
  • are able to easily make new contacts,
  • have very good organizing skills and a sense of humor,
  • are proactive and independent but also able to cooperate in teams,
  • are flexible and it is not problem to accept changes,
  • are open minded and have the will to help others,
  • are responsible and precise.

Plus but not a must

  • German language knowledge,
  • BA or MA degree in the field of economy or business,
  • having a finance approach.
